VuPic is a fully featured viewer (thumbnails or normal) for JPG / BMP / TIF files. It allows you to thought, zoom, resize, rotate, lop, counterbalance, and convert the files. Files may be printed (1 to 9 per page) with control over page layout. VuPic ass create a Picture File which is a elementary viewer containing 100 resized paradigm files. It ass also create a Thumbnail Album File which is a fully featured viewer containing thumbnails for a folder of paradigm files. You may then thought / print the paradigm files in the album file via thumbnail selection. The Thumbnail Album File and folder of paradigm files may be written to a CD. No other software is required to thought the album on another computer.
