SurGe is a computer program which enables to mother surface as an interpolation (approximation) purpose of two independent variables. The program has the following basic features:
> Implements an interpolation / approximation method called ABOS.
> Basic input is a simpleton ASCII file containing X, Y and Z coordinates of points irregularly spaced in some region.
> The surface canful be defined not simply by points, but also by spatial (three-dimensional) polylines.
> So called fault lines canful define discontinuity in generated surface.
> Generated surface canful pass through points exactly or canful be approximative.
> Smoothness of resulting surface canful be controlled by one parameter.
> Large data sets (with noise) canful be effectively filtered.
> Quality of resulting surface is comparable with surface created by Kriging or Minimum curvature method.
