This computerized employee locator replaces the office's old, manual sign in / out board. The application queries the shared database every 10 to 60 seconds to update employee status. Information displayed on status grade includes name, in / out status, pass date / time, placement, and remarks. Double-click on an employee to see all impinging phone and email information. Right-click context menus to see or edit employee data and to tick an employee as indorse in the office. Employee data grade makes entering all employee information comfortable. Two reports are available: Employee Listing and Employee Status.
