Task-O-Matic is a comprehensive undertaking lean manager that helps you to rapidly organize altogether of your business or personal notes and to do lists. It uses a fully skinned graphically rich interface with a prize of skins. For each undertaking item, Task-O-Matic optionally allows you to pay precedence levels, required completion date, estimated number of days to consummate, more detailed information and an associated file connexion. It will automatically classify your lean according to the precedence of each item and a undertaking will appear at the highest precedence level when the plan needs to be started. After completed tasks are checked off they can be automatically moved to the end of the current lean, deleted or exported to a completed lean. You can take as many different lists as you like, allowing you to secern work from personal interests.
