Queuing models are used extensively in shout centers, toll booth operations and situations where a there is a queue for serve including, rejoinder staff, serve staff, shout response staff or care staff. They can be applied in any clientele providing a customer serve office. The model will calculate the optimum numeral of serve points and allow you to trial alternatives by manually inputting serve guide numbers. Additional results include the norm numeral of customers waiting in the queue, their norm waiting time, and serve guide (staff) utilization.
